Charlsey Davis is the Town Clerk for the Town of Marshfield, and Michele Lenfestey Johnson is the Deputy Clerk. The Clerk and Deputy Clerk are the faces that our residents see when they come into the office. They run the day to day operations and help Marshfield residents and other customers who come into the office for assistance.

The office hours are: Tuesdays & Thursdays 8-2 and Wednesdays 3-6.

The Clerk & Deputy Clerk administer the following services:

-Dog Licenses: Available starting in October, due by Dec. 31st ($25 Late Fee starts Feb 1st. )

-IFW Registrations: Boats, ATVs, Snowmobiles

-Motor Vehicle Registrations: Vehicles, Trailers, Motorcycles, RVs/Campers (Plates, Titles & Sales       tax needs are processed by the Machias Town Office)

-Vital Statistics: Birth & Death Certificates, Marriage Licenses, Burial Permits

-Building Permits: Due the 10th of each month

-Tax payments

-General Assistance Applications

-Voter Registrations

-Freedom of Information Act Requests
